Wellvolution is a wellness program available through Blue Shield that gives eligible employees and dependents access to a variety of programs and resources designed to support healthier habits and overall well-being. Depending on your needs, available programs may support emotional well-being, diabetes prevention and management, weight management, tobacco and vaping cessation, physical therapy, fitness, nutrition, and more.

Wellvolution is available to employees and dependents age 18 and older who are enrolled in the Core Choice or Choice Plus medical plans.
