Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Your Gateway to Comprehensive Well-being

Washington Health offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Optum – Live and Work Well to provide confidential support for a variety of personal and family needs. Employees and eligible household members can receive up to five in-person or virtual counseling visits per issue at no cost, along with access to resources for stress, relationships, parenting and childcare, financial concerns, legal matters, eldercare, and more.

Confidentiality is Our Priority

EAP services are voluntary, confidential, and available when you need support. If additional counseling is needed after the five EAP visits, you may continue care using your behavioral health benefits under your medical plan, subject to applicable plan provisions.

EAP Services Include:

  • Stress Management: Navigate and manage stress effectively.
  • Marital or Family Issues: Seek guidance and support for relationship challenges.
  • Anxiety and Depression: Receive assistance in coping with emotional well-being.
  • Substance Abuse: Access resources for alcohol and/or drug-related concerns.
